We’re thrilled to share some big news: LaRouère is moving into a new space — and it’s just steps away from our current shop.
For years, we’ve admired the Arches of Saint George and the artisan community that thrives there. Now, everything has come together at just the right moment, and it feels almost unbelievable that LaRouère will soon join this vibrant neighborhood.
From day one, we’ve felt welcomed: our future neighbors at Bhome were encouraging from the start, and the team at Broadway Place has gone out of their way to make the process smooth and stress-free. Their support made the move an easy “yes.”
Our new home will give us the chance to grow — with a beautiful new boutique and a cozy café area, designed to make your visits even more enjoyable.
Timeline at a glance:
- Soft opening: September 23
- Grand reopening & 4th anniversary: First week of November
- New address: 329 Saint George Street (between Weldon & Highfield, next to Bhome)
🚗 Parking in front, plus additional parking at the back entrance off Dufferin Street.
Important transition dates:
- August 19–23: Our last week serving hot chocolates, tasting flights, and other prepared treats at the current shop.
- Starting August 26: We’ll switch to boutique-only service — you’ll still be able to pick up chocolates, caramels, and ice cream (while it lasts) until we reopen.
This move is more than a change of address — it’s the start of a new chapter for LaRouère. With supportive neighbours, a welcoming community, and a beautiful new space, we’re excited to share it all with you.
