Fait à partir d’un beurre de cacao parfumé du Honduras, d’un lait entier en poudre du Manitoba et d’un sucre de canne biologique du Brésil, ce chocolat blanc incarne une douce élégance. LaRouère unit ces éléments dans de petites cuvées pour créer un chocolat soyeux et ambrosial, où se rencontrent équilibre et lumière.
LeBlanc rend aussi hommage aux nombreux LeBlanc qui nous entourent — un nom ancré dans l’histoire acadienne et dans la nôtre. Fabriqué avec soin et passion dans notre petite chocolaterie en Acadie.

Made with fragrant Honduran cacao butter, whole milk powder from Manitoba, and organic cane sugar from Brazil, this white chocolate captures a quiet elegance. LaRouère brings these elements together in small batches to create a silky, ambrosial chocolate that celebrates balance and light.
LeBlanc is also a nod to the many LeBlancs among us — a name woven through Acadian history and our own. Made with care and passion in our small factory in Acadia.
