Coffee and chocolate are best of friends and, of course, go great together. This is the basis for the “Dyad,” pairing our ‘coffee to bite into’ with our classic milk chocolate. The idea is to have one then the other, as you would a cup of coffee and a piece of chocolate. Does not matter which you start with, it works perfectly both ways. It’s flavour counterpoint, its flavour harmony. Moreover, this fabulous twosome, respectively uses coffee and cacao from Colombia. Le Café is wicked and unexpected, with a sweet tinge, and a glow of fruit, otherwise 360o coffee. The chocolate is a classic dark milk, whose creamy, chocolaty, caramel tones complements its counterpart especially well. We are in awe of of how expertly roasted this coffee is by our friends at Monogram Roasters in Calgary, a huge thatnks for being a big part of how well Le Café turned out. Coffee and chocolate, like all friendships, they have an entangled colourful history.
